What I Do
I work with both North Gosforth and Jesmond Lower Gosforth networks on a freelance basis. My role is to create consistent, relevant communications that engage and inform patients.
How I Support Patients
My role isn't patient-facing, but I centrally produce content updates for all practices. Our content calendar covers specific health topics, general well-being, guidance on accessing NHS services, introducing PCNs to patients, and integrating networks into General Practice.
