Use the NHS App to update your contact details
You can use the NHS App to update the details your GP practice uses to contact you.
Watch the video below of follow the step-by-step instructions:
- Open the NHS App on your smartphone
- Tap More in the top right
- Tap Account and settings
- Tap Manage NHS account
- Tap Contact details halfway down the screen
- Tap Change email address or Change mobile phone number
- Choose which details you want to update and tap Continue
- If you want to change more details, go back to Contact Details
