Fit Notes, Documents and Updates in the NHS App
You may be able to use the NHS App to contact your GP surgeon about documents like fit notes or an update on a test result.
- Open the NHS App and make sure you are logged in
- From the homepage, tap on Appointments
- Next, select Request a letter or information
- Select to continue to fill in your request
