Practice Management

Mrs Christine Ramsey

BA (Hons) - Practice Manager

Christine works closely with GP partners and other health care professionals and has responsiblity for the business side of running and developing the Practice as well as day-to-day management.

Christine joined the Practice in February 2011, she has worked in the NHS for 8 years and her speciality is service improvement and delivering quality.

She is keen to engage with patients and particularly welcomes feedback about
the service we provide.

Grace Platten

Grace is our secratary and assistant practice manager.

Any problems regarding hospital referrals or appointments she can be contacted on 0191 2132392.

Administration

Denise Canham

Denise is the Practice Administrator and IT Lead for the Practice,
she has worked here over 10 years

Bereavement Lead and Receptionist

Miss Chantelle Chau

Chantelle is our Admin Medicine Lead for the practice.
She is also our Carers Champion and receptionist.
She is fluent in speaking Cantonese.

Miss Marie Arrowsmith

Marie does all our GP links and is also a receptionist.

Miss Jannat Latif

Jannat is our receptionist and relief secretary
when Grace is absent.
Jannat is fluent in speaking Urdu, Bengali and Arabic.

Miss Lindy Gilmartin

Lindy is our receptionist and administrator

Our reception team are your first port of call with our Practice and they will try and meet all of your requirements. The advice they give is on the instructions of the GPs. Similarly, any questions they ask are designed to try and give the patients the best possible service and information.

They are tasked with ensuring that you gain access to your doctor or relevant health care team member and, in addition, they also handle the large administrative workload which accompanies your treatment.
