I was brought up in Gosforth and trained as an undergraduate at Barts in London. I did my GP training in the North East.
I have a keen interest in teaching and training, both undergraduates and postgraduates, and I am a Training Programme Director on the Northumbrian General practice Training Scheme. My other main professional interest outside GP is Occupational Medicine. I am married to another local GP and have 2 sons and 3 dogs.

I qualified in Belfast in 1986 and moved to Newcastle in 1987 where I have lived and worked since I have been a GP at Roseworth since 1996.
I spend 50% of my week as a GP which includes working as a GP Advisor to Newcastle Hospitals Foundation Trust.
I spend the other 50% working in Occupational Health in a variety of settings.
I'm interested in cult films and TV, Triumph TR7s and staying fit by running, cycling and going to the gym.
I'm married with 3 daughters.

Studied at Newcastle University and qualified in 2009. Completed GP training in 2014. I trained here at Roseworth Surgery before being offered a post as a salaried GP.
Outside of work I like to keep active with my main passion being sport. I play both football and tennis regularly and in the summer I enjoy getting out on my bike.

I Studied at Newcastle University and graduated in 2010. Before entering GP training I spent several years doing general medicine and working in palliative care, an area in which I am hugely passionate. Outside of work I spend my time being a mum and running around after my young daughters.

Prior to Medicine completed MSc in Medical Molecular Biology. Trained and graduated at Warwick Medical School. Completed foundation training in region East Angila Deanary. I spent F1 at Addenbrookes Hospital in rotations of Diabetics, Endocinology, Haematology ad HBP Surgery. During F2 year underwent rotations in Cardiology, General Practice and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. I moved to the North East recently to undertake GP training. Just recently completed six month rotation in Emergency Medicine.
